Art in the Gardens

We are excited to introduce a new creative strand at Goodnestone Park: contemporary sculpture placed in thoughtful dialogue with the estate’s historic gardens. This exhibition brings bold, diverse, and thought-provoking artworks into two unique outdoor spaces – the Gravel Garden and the Golden Arboretum – inviting visitors to explore the landscape through a fresh artistic lens.

Each sculpture has been sensitively positioned in collaboration with Head Gardener Paul Bagshaw, whose deep understanding of the gardens ensures that the works not only stand out but also belong – resonating with the rhythms of the land, the seasons, and the visitor experience.
