Our head gardener Paul and his crew are tidying, sorting and planting up for an amazing display in 2024 and as winter descends upon our charming estate the gardens undergo a transformative journey, unveiling a quiet beauty that is uniquely enchanting. While December may not be the peak of the blooming season, the gardens at Goodnestone Park have a different kind of magic to offer, with hardy plants and evergreens creating a tapestry of colours against the backdrop of the estate.

Ronnie, our mansion manager is putting up the christmas tree and decorating our beautiful Georgian House for Christmas and preparing for the guests to give them a magical stay.

The Old Dairy Cafe staff including our head chef Chris, restaurant manager Didier and their ever attentive staff are cooking up delicious meals and treats using local produce and high quality ingredients. All good reasons to discover and visit Goodnestone this Christmas.

This Christmas come and join Anna at the beautiful Goodnestone Park to learn how to make a traditional moss based fresh wreath to welcome your guests, and get yourselves into the festive spirit. £60 per person.

Seasonal botanical card making with Aimée Louise Botanicals

Join Aimée Louise this Christmas on the 14th December, where she will guide you through how to draw seasonal blooms from still life using dip pen and coloured inks in the gorgeous, festive surroundings of Goodnestone Park.Each attendee will receive their own card making set to use in the workshop and take home with them to continue creating!
